  • Brody House is a boutique hotel and cultural hotspot in Budapest, combining boutique hospitality with a café, cocktail bar, and all-day dining, alongside a vibrant program of cultural and social events — from exhibitions, comedy, and live music to seasonal parties, quiz nights, mixers, and after-parties — making it one of Budapest’s most dynamic creative hubs.

  • The goal was to reposition Brody House from a boutique hotel into a full-spectrum cultural and hospitality brand. The task included expanding food & beverage visibility, elevating event storytelling, and growing an engaged online community — while ultimately driving bookings and attendance.

    • Rolled out multi-channel campaigns highlighting seasonal food, brunch, cocktails, and dinner experiences.

    • Promoted signature cultural events (Dine Under the Stars, Kristóf Steiner collaboration, fashion shows, exhibitions).

    • Activated influencer campaigns that generated tens of thousands of external views, bringing new audiences into Brody House’s orbit.

    • Content & Creative Direction: Built a multi-pillar strategy covering food & beverage, events, lifestyle, and user-generated content. Produced and directed photography, video, and copywriting for both organic and paid campaigns.

    • Cross-Platform Communication: Personally managed and delivered all event communications across Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, and a WhatsApp community channel.

    • Campaign Development: Planned and executed seasonal dining campaigns (Be Seasonal), event promotions (comedy, fashion, art), and atmosphere-driven storytelling.

    • Influencer Strategy: Identified, negotiated, and oversaw creator partnerships, leveraging both micro- and macro-influencers to extend reach.

    • Ads & Paid Media: Led ad creative design (visuals + copy) to maximize visibility, profile visits, and calls-to-action.

  • Reframed Brody House as a hospitality + cultural destination, repositioning it beyond a boutique hotel.

    Built and managed a cross-platform communication framework (Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, WhatsApp), ensuring campaigns were executed seamlessly from concept to delivery.

    Sustained strong audience growth and engagement:

    • 422K total content views in the last 90 days (+84% vs. previous period)

    • 65% of views from non-followers, reflecting strong organic discoverability

    • Follower growth of +6.3%, driven by consistent event storytelling and cadence

    • Top-performing content achieved 44K–14K views, with campaigns such as Dine Under the Stars, Laugh Brody Laugh, and Drag Bingo generating the highest engagement

    Expanded Brody House’s audience base — growing among Budapest young professionals (25–34) while also increasing international visibility (UK, US, Germany).

    Established an influencer collaboration system that delivered tens of thousands of incremental views through high-performing creators.

    Enhanced the visibility of bar, café, brunch, and dinner offerings alongside cultural programming — with food & beverage content consistently ranking among top performers.

    These results reflect the success of the integrated content strategy in turning Brody House’s Instagram into a discovery-led storytelling platform for both locals and international audiences.
